OZDENIM is devoted to providing quality products and services. To ensure customers' satisfaction, we track all order. An email will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped, with the tracking number, and you can use that to track the status of your delivery.

Free shipping is offered within Australia. All orders placed before 2 PM are shipped out on that day. Depending on where you live, your order can be delivered within three to five business days. If you place your order after 2 PM, it will be shipped out the following business day.


Please be sure you give the proper delivery address, as we cannot be held responsible for an incorrectly entered delivery address. A signature is required with all deliveries as soon as they arrive, so please be sure there is somebody available at your delivery address to sign for the order. If no one is available, OZDENIM will send you a card indicating a failed delivery attempt. To avoid missing delivery, have orders delivered to your workplace.


If you need an express delivery, Express post can ship your order for an additional fee. Australian Express delivery takes one to two working days.

Orders are processed and shipped each day, except on weekends and public holidays, when any order placed is processed and shipped out on the following business day.

The delivery times given above are only estimates. We cannot take responsibility for late deliveries, or for any loss or damage resulting therefrom.

OZDENIM also delivers international orders via International Express Delivery. You should note that shipping and handling charges do not include relevant custom duties or taxes that may be incurred when deliver overseas. These charges are to be paid by the customer. Please check with your local custom office for further details. International orders are sent by Post Registered Air and are insured against loss and damage.
