Payment methods


At OZDENIM store online, we accept Visa, Master, American Express and PayPal. If you have opted to use the cheque service via PayPal, the order will only be processed when the payments are cleared your account status is updated to complete.


Pricing


The price and description of the item(s) are default in Australian dollars and include GST tax. If you want to use different currency you can go to the box at the right top corner of the page and select the currency you want to use.


International conditions and fluctuations in currency value may cause us to change our product and prices at any time without prior notice.


Delivery


The delivery times provided by OZDENIM are estimated only. OZDENIM cannot be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.


  • For Australia Standard Delivery we require 3-5 business days via Australia wide regular delivery and 1-2 business days via Express Post.
  • International orders can require up to 3-10 business days to reach you.

An email will be sent to your email address when your purchase leaves our warehouse for shipping. The email will contain the packaged tracking number. You can track the delivery status by entering the tracking number into the link in email that we will send to you. Please be sure you enter the correct delivery address because we cannot be held responsible for an incorrectly entered delivery address. International order 


For International orders, there may be duties and taxes added by the destination country. It is the customer's responsibility to check how their local customs office charges for incoming packages containing merchandise purchased outside the country. Warranties


All warranties offered are the manufacturer warranties and are not offered by OZDENIM.


Defective and damaged products


Items are inspected before packaging to ensure they are in excellent condition. Items are packaged carefully to ensure a minimal chance of damage during transit. If you receive a damaged or defective item please contact OZDENIM within 10 days of purchase to be eligible for an exchange or a refund.


Returns


You may return item(s) at OZDENIM within 30 days of purchase with the original invoice. The item returned must not have been worn, washed, soiled or damaged by the customer. For more information on our returns policy, please visit our Returns Policy Page


Refund


The full refund will be made on damaged or faulty goods. OZDENIM will not consider requests for refunds after 30 days of purchase unless the item is deemed faulty by our Customer Service operator. Refunds will only be issued in accordance with our returns policy. For the refund on purchase after 30 days, please call our customer Service Centre.
